QUALITY ASSURANCE CENTER

Quality Assurance Center (well known as PPM) has succeeded in delivering the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta to obtain ISO 9001: 2015 and maintain it for three years. Through a jointly-work with all units and departments, it has successfully managed the formulation of quality documents which are stipulated in:

  1. Book I (Internal Quality Assurance System Policy)
  2. Book II (Quality Manual of the Internal Quality Assurance System)
  3. Book III (Quality Standards of the Internal Quality Assurance Systems)
  4. Book IV (Quality Form of the Internal Quality Assurance System)

Referring to the quality policy of the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta, “The NIPA School of Administration Jakarta is committed to becoming a vocational higher-education institution in the field of administration as an attempt to create professional and graduates with integrity through accountable and transparent institutional management and the implementation of academic processes based on standards of excellence as well as sustainably improving quality.”

Creating an Excellent Quality Culture in Realizing The NIPA School of Administration Jakarta to be the Top 10 Best Vocational Higher-Education Institutions in 2030.

MISSION

  1. Performing organizational governance in the Quality Assurance Center properly and correctly;
  2. Developing and standardizing curriculum preparation guidelines and evaluating the implementation of the curriculum at the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta consistently and sustainably;
  3. Developing, socializing, and disseminating quality learning tools and systems at the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta regularly and continuously;
  4. Developing and applying internal academic and non-academic quality standards at the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta according to national standards;
  5. Implementing a quality assurance system and guaranteeing its implementation at the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta optimally, consistently, up to date, and continuously through (stipulation, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement);
  6. Improving the culture of academic and non-academic quality at the NIPA School of Administration Jakarta gradually, consistently, and continuously according to national and or international standards
